Meet Bella!

Ever since I was a little girl I was surrounded by strong, independent, fashionable women. Bella Tesoro is a love letter to these incredible influences I was lucky enough to have. I have been in the vintage industry and a collector of designer heels for about five years. Now I’m proud to announce I’m stepping into the first venture that I can truly call my own. My hope for Bella Tesoro is that it grows with me and can become a part of someone else's story —whether it's a birthday, a wedding, anniversary, graduation, prom, or any other special moment worth celebrating.

Bella Tesoro translates to “beautiful treasure” in Italian. When I was deciding on a name I wanted to pay homage to my Italian heritage, while also finding the words to describe each carefully selected piece, as well as the women who inspired this business.

The name and branding is heavily influenced by my Nonna Maria, an immigrant from Italy who had big dreams of being a fashion designer. I am inspired by her boldness, class, artistry, and courage.

The orchid logo was the first concept for this company, simply because it was her favorite flower, and it symbolizes her always being apart of this journey with me.

My love for shoes truly began with my Nonni, who has the most beautiful collection of vintage heels and is always the most stylish woman in the room. Her timeless elegance and fearless sense of style have always inspired me. She encouraged me to mix and match patterns, experiment with bold jewelry, and, above all, express my true self through fashion. To me, she is the epitome of grace and sophistication. When I was little, I loved to look at her collection of glass and ceramic decorative heels, and I couldn’t wait for the day that I could start my own collection — I suppose this is my life size version of that ;)

She has been supporting me through this venture every step of the way and I couldn’t be more grateful to have her by my side.
